Jeff is the executive director of the Winnipeg Police Board, responsible for the management and administration of the board, providing advice and support to the board, and liaising between the board and the WPS.
Jeff joined the board in January 2025, with a professional background that includes progressively senior roles at Manitoba Justice. Most recently, Jeff was the Director of Municipal Policing, providing advice to government on policing policy, standards, grant funding administration and maintained strategic relationships with law enforcement agencies, municipal partners, and community stakeholders. Prior experience includes frontline roles in the justice system delivering judicial and administrative services in provincial and federal courts, building a strong foundation in legal authorities, statutory interpretation, and public administration. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Manitoba in criminology and was born and raised in Winnipeg.
